Shipping:
ALL items  ships all its products from its store in Malaysia , USE 

DHL Express or Special Worldwide Shipping:

For order value RM250 - Shipping cost is including.
Shipping Fee is charged based on  your country at the checkout.
For order value AED 1000 (~USD 276) and above - Shipping is free.
Orders are processed within 1 business day of ordering.
Tracking number is provided for the order.
Products normally reach the destination within 2 to 3 business days.


Customs Taxes:
Agarwood Oud prices do not include any customs taxes that may be applicable in your country. If you need clarification on any matter related to customs taxes, please contact us before ordering. Note that we cannot provide definitive tax advice for any jurisdiction.


Return Policy:
Orders once dispatched cannot be returned. If you are new to Agarwood Oud then we advise you to order and try smaller quantity of oils before committing yourselves to full sized bottles of oils.
